Q. How soon can I get an appointment? A. You can usually be scheduled within seven days from when you call for your intake appointment.

Q. What ages do you work with? A. We are experienced in working with ages 3 through adult.

Q. How long does it take? A. That depends on the nature of the difficulty and the responsiveness of the client. The specific treatment plan is discussed and mutually decided upon.

Q. What should I tell my child about coming to see you? A. Learning shouldn’t have to be so hard for you. They can help you at Neuroeducation to find ways to make it easier.

Q. What happens after I make my first appointment? A. Following the first appointment, called an intake, an evaluation or treatment will be scheduled, depending on the goals set during the intake.

Q. Will insurance cover your services? A. If a diagnosis of a mental health disorder is made, we can bill your insurance. If we do, however, private information becomes available to them and possibly others.

Q. Do you work with teachers? A. Yes, we meet or talk with teachers, support personnel and tutors to help coordinate and meet the needs of your child.
